Process Operator Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our team at our Pilgangoora Operation, one of the largest hard-rock lithium operations in the world.

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the processing plant, communicating with the team throughout the shift, and reporting on plant updates or any issues. You will also be expected to identify and communicate items that require preventative maintenance or repair, and provide recommendations on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control areas of the processing plant including crushing circuit, HPGR, screening, heavy media separation, milling, gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents, and tailings treatment.
  • Identify and communicate items that require preventative maintenance or repair.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements.

About You:

  • Solid experience in operating a wet processing plant, particularly in heavy medium separation, grinding, flotation, or reagents and filter press.
  • Competent in control-room operation.
  • Safe isolations and permitting systems experience.
  • Current WA driver's license is essential.
  • Forklift, loader, confined space, working at heights, or EWP tickets are highly regarded.
  • You must have a humble attitude and a positive approach to your work.
  • Safety is your number one priority.
