Product Innovation Director

The Commercial Development Manager plays a pivotal role in leading business and product development activities for technology-enabled behind-the-meter solutions.
This includes integrated energy product offerings such as batteries, solar, virtual power plant services, EV charging, energy management and other emerging technologies.
The successful candidate will lead commercial negotiations, identify business customer opportunities, develop new products and services, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth initiatives.
About You
What you'll bring to the table:
- Strong sales/business development skills with business customers or commercial experience
- Relevant energy industry experience and strong understanding of the Australian market and commercial strategy
- Business acumen, commercial negotiation skills and ability to think strategically
- Experience in delivering outcomes in large corporate environments managing various stakeholders
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams
- Tertiary qualification(s) in relevant technical and/or business discipline
