- Develop strategic plans for Bedding & Bath products that align with the broader Product strategy
- Deliver product ranges that surprise and delight customers
- Analyse sales data to determine product needs, category performance and markdown strategies
- Build strong supplier relationships to ensure innovation, best pricing, quality and value
- Proven experience in product development, buying or merchandising
- Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics and fibres while being up-to-date with emerging textile technologies, sustainability and industry trends
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities across teams
