We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Moulamein, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and implementing tailored care plans for residents.

  • Monitoring residents' health, administering medications, and performing necessary treatments">
  • Supervising and supporting nursing and care staff in providing optimal patient care">
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a person-centered approach">
  • Assessing and managing residents' chronic conditions and ensuring timely medical interventions">
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with aged care regulations">
  • Educating residents, families, and caregivers on health management and well-being">
  • Ensuring infection control protocols, workplace safety, and best clinical practices are adhered to">
  • Responding to medical emergencies and providing first aid as required">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)">
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse">
  • Experience in palliative care, dementia care, and rehabilitation nursing">
  • First Aid and CPR certification">
  • Understanding of My Aged Care and NDIS frameworks">
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in aged care, geriatrics, or clinical nursing">
  • Knowledge of aged care quality standards, policies, and regulatory compliance">
  • Competence in medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team">
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with electronic health records">
