Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Applications to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and identify the best technology solutions.

The successful candidate will lead, coach and manage a team of business analysts to ensure business objectives are met. They will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements for reliability and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks. Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and identify the best technology solutions
  • Lead, coach and manage a team of business analysts to ensure business objectives are met
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business IT or other related discipline
  • Holds certifications and qualifications to some of PMP, PMI, CBAP, CCBA, PBA and/or IBA
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in systems analysis, preferably with JD Edwards or Hospitality systems
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and system development life cycle process
  • Highly self-motivated
