- Manage financial processes and reporting for development projects.
- Track and record construction activity, including draws and lender requisitions.
- Review and approve AP documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with development managers to review budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain project general ledgers, including job cost tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate accounting, preferably with a focus on development or construction.
- Familiarity with real estate capital structures and construction lending.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work in project-based accounting systems.
