About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data analysis and want to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and reporting data from various sources, including customer feedback, web analytics, and internal databases. They will also perform in-depth analysis using statistical and analytical tools and techniques, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and generate actionable insights and recommendations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Uni degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field, with previous experience in data analysis preferably in a business context. You will also need proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data and insights in a clear and compelling way to different audiences. Attention to detail and quality, teamwork and collaboration skills, and workforce management skills are also essential.
