Process Intelligence Expert - Port Kembla

We are seeking an experienced Process Intelligence expert to join our team in Port Kembla.

About the role

This is a senior position that requires leadership and technical expertise in process intelligence. You will be responsible for leading the adoption of our process intelligence toolkit across multiple sites, scaling proven solutions and driving business-wide impact.

You will work closely with operations and functional teams to set strategic direction for data governance and data definitions. Your goal will be to establish interoperability across tools, datasets and departments to reduce duplication and break down silos.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical and analytical skills, ideally within manufacturing, process engineering or data analytics. You will have tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology or a related field.

As a successful candidate, you will possess a curiosity to explore complex systems, a restorative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to translate strategy into practical solutions.

Requirements
