**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly organised individual with outstanding technical and communication skills to lead transformative water infrastructure projects. As a senior civil or mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for leading multi-discipline design teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design outputs.

You will work collaboratively with the teams to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget, and quality, and guide project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage engineering governance processes related to design reviews, change management, request for information, validation, and verification.

In this role, you will be given opportunities for mentoring junior engineers and professional growth and development in a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement. You will have a bachelor's engineering degree in the relevant discipline and gained a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, with a focus on water utilities/water treatment, industry standards, and best practices on site and within a professional services environment.
