About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate the efficient operation of distribution functions in alignment with the Contract Statement of Work and Performance Management Framework.

  • Coordinate depot transport tasks to meet customer requirements
  • Manage vehicle fleet
  • Develop and implement local procedures for logistics operations
  • Process demands, receipts, and returns
  • Coordinate report preparation and submission
  • Monitor health and safety goals and objectives

Requirements:

You must have:

  • Experience in logistics and/or storage and distribution
  • Organisational skills with communication abilities
  • Team leadership experience and intermediate PC literacy
  • Previous experience in Defence, Dangerous Goods, and/or Logistics environments

Good to Know:

A security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance. Prior to offer, you'll complete a pre-employment police and medical check. Wellbeing matters; we encourage flexible working.
