About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, guiding and coaching colleagues, reviewing behaviour support plans and clinical reports, and ensuring high-quality person-centred support is delivered.

This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, owning a caseload, and delivering services in the community. You will also work flexibly from home for admin and reporting tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, proven leadership experience, tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, and a passion for working with people with disability.

You will also need to provide in-home and community-based services, have a full driver's licence and reliable transport, and be based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
