Settlement Health Practitioner

The Coordinator, Settlement Health plays a vital role in bridging the gap between settlement services and refugee health programs to ensure refugees receive culturally responsive, well-informed, and equipped health services.
This position is ideal for an experienced health practitioner looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of refugees through effective communication and collaboration.

- Facilitate communication between settlement services, refugee health programs, and the broader healthcare system.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet the unique needs of refugees.
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality health services and support to clients and communities.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree in Nursing or similar field.
- 3 years experience working as a health practitioner in a community environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
