Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled financial services professional to join our team as a Private Banker.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing their portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing them with a full range of financial services and products, and delivering exceptional client service and tailored advice.

To succeed in this role, you will need recent experience in a similar lending-focused role from within Private Banking or Business Banking, portfolio management experience, and existing referral networks. You should also have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with high-net worth or complex clients.

About the Role

The role is ideal for someone who is innovative, driven, analytical, quick to learn, and ambitious. You will work closely with a network of local internal and external contacts to assist with the origination of new business and the gathering of competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow your portfolio of high-net-worth clients
  • Provide clients with a full range of financial services and products
  • Deliver exceptional client service and tailored advice
  • Nurture a network of local internal and external contacts to assist with the origination of new business
  • Understand and operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislative frameworks

Requirements

  • Recent experience in a similar lending-focused role from within Private Banking or Business Banking
  • Portfolio management experience
  • Existing referral networks
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with high-net worth or complex clients
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (desirable)
  • RG146 (desirable)
