We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Premier Banking team in Perth CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships, providing quality financial health checks, and identifying opportunities to offer innovative financial service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage these sophisticated relationships through regular contact and follow-up, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively build positive relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions, including lending and investment options.
  • Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and referral sources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in complex mortgage lending or sales roles with diversified product offerings.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar is preferred but not essential.
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance, is also desirable.
