Premier Banking provides Relationship Management to High Net Worth clients. Our goal is to assist them in achieving financial growth while providing superior service.

As a Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Manage relationships through regular contact and quality financial health checks.
  • Demonstrate customer service excellence by adhering to our customer service standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients by identifying and anticipating their financial needs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to provide clients with innovative financial service solutions.
  • Be a team player, driving client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios.
  • Offer suggestions to meet the specific goals and growth of high net worth clients.
  • Resolve client needs personally rather than utilizing referral channels.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in complex mortgage lending.
  • Experience in a sales role with diversified product offerings.
  • Passionate customer service skills.
  • Relationship-oriented qualities.
  • The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar.
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance.
