Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment. This includes:

  • Carrying out regular checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Responding promptly to urgent repair needs to minimize disruption to residents
  • Managing inventory of tools and supplies to ensure availability when needed
  • Engaging professionally with residents, families, and staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement programs
  • Maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety to protect employees and residents
