At Konica Minolta Australia, we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects. You will work closely with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts, increasing revenue streams and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand the customer's business needs and tailor our integrated print management and software solutions to meet their requirements. This role involves new business development and account management of accounts within the Government and Territory education vertical.

Bold Requirements:

  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects
  • Work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts
  • Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts
  • Maintain & regularly update CRM
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of complex clients, including order processing, customer meetings and Quarterly Business Meetings
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Articulate solutions for Tender response
  • Develop action plans to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities
  • Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio
