About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced medical transcriptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong transcription skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribing and formatting various medical reports
- Liaising with medical staff, both on and off-site
- Managing confidential patient information
- General office and administrative duties
- Taking bookings for clinics
- Answering phone queries
About You:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Accurate transcription speed of 65-80 wpm with 98% accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General office skills and strong telephone etiquette
- Ability to work within a team
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
