Lead a team of Care Coordinators in Rockhampton to deliver high-quality aged care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programs ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
  • Develop and lead Care Coordinators, fostering partnerships with the extended aged care teams
  • Align program services with client needs and rostering requirements

You will be skilled in change management to support the implementation of our home-based aged care programs. You will conduct audits, manage risks, liaise on high-needs clients, and promote continuous improvement. Handle escalations and complaints, advise on program status, and support team development and growth.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Leadership experience within community services
  • Understanding of local in-home aged care funding streams and legislation
  • Business development and networking skills
