Job Title: Skilled Nursing Professional

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled nursing professional to join our team in an acute setting.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a senior-level nurse with exceptional patient care skills to lead our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism in leadership roles.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, evaluation, and documentation. Additionally, you will direct, coordinate, and implement patient teaching, quality/safety initiatives, and activities of other health team personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • You must complete yearly mandatory competencies and unit-specific competencies identified by the Director/Designee.
  • You should participate in committees with validation of participation, solicitation and validation of patient/family satisfaction, peer review for unit, and development of educational materials.
  • You need to maintain a current portfolio and submit it annually by March 1.
