  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions for complex water resource challenges, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of water balance and quality assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality project outcomes, fostering strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, developing strategic proposals to secure new projects.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Australian water quality guidelines and application in water resource projects.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in GIS, rainfall-runoff models, and GoldSIM software.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, project management expertise, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
