Learning Inclusion Coordinator

At Trinity College, we seek a highly motivated and skilled individual to play a key role in fostering positive relationships between students, teachers, and other stakeholders. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with School Leadership Teams and staff to deliver the vision of the College, develop the quality of teaching and learning, and nurture supportive connections among students and teachers.

The Learning Inclusion Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with students who require additional support, tracking and monitoring student data, and creating Student Adjustment Plans to ensure every student reaches their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to join our dedicated educational team in a meaningful role that focuses on inclusivity, well-being, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create inclusive lesson plans and assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to students with diverse needs and abilities
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in teaching and education, including expertise in leadership, pedagogy, and assessment practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other stakeholders
  • Commitment to Christian education and values, with ability to contribute to the co-curricular program
  • Skills and experience in working with students with neurodiverse needs, tracking and monitoring student data, and creating Student Adjustment Plans
