Strategic Academic Director

We are seeking a forward-thinking Academic Team Leader to spearhead the academic team and drive curriculum excellence.
- Develop strategic plans to align academic goals with institutional objectives.
- Lead rigorous curriculum reviews and development processes.
- Foster a culture of pedagogical innovation and academic scholarship.
- Manage and develop academic staff, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Oversee assessment validation and moderation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Drive academic projects and resolve program challenges through collaborative leadership.
- Maintain adherence to accreditation and compliance standards, ensuring our academic programs remain competitive and relevant.
You will work closely with academic staff, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to drive academic excellence, innovation, and student success. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in a relevant discipline such as business, humanities, or education.
- Demonstrated teaching experience and credentials.
- A proven track record of working with students and supporting their growth and development.
