Role Overview

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing students' academic needs and developing tailored learning plans.

  • Processing Academic Misconduct cases according to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with program and course coordinators, as well as teaching staff, to address and fulfill students' academic needs.
  • Providing data and metrics for required reporting regarding academic support services.
