Our team is looking for a skilled Residential Valuer to join our expanding operation in the Dubbo/Bathurst/Orange region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in further developing our residential valuation offering.

About the Role

This position involves property inspections, research and preparation of sales and data, and report preparation according to relevant legislation and professional association standards. Our valuers use industry-leading software and systems to minimize time in the field while maximizing reporting data capture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status
  • Experience in residential valuation sector
  • A keen attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
