This pivotal role focuses on driving cost savings, enhancing supplier performance, and supporting the company's overall procurement objectives.

Sourcing Strategies
  • Create end-to-end sourcing plans that align with long-term business goals, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value.
  • Execute formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs), evaluate bids, and present award recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Management: Own and manage sourcing for assigned categories or high-value goods and services.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favourable terms while minimising risk.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships that support business goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
