The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering innovative and differentiated English and Mathematics programs for Stage 2 and 3 students. They will have the ability to engage students, emphasize student wellbeing, and nurture them in their faith.

About You

We are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic educator who has strong pedagogical practice in differentiating curriculum for gifted students. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and experience in best teaching practices for gifted and talented students, as well as skills in behaviour management and ongoing assessment.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
• An appropriate education teaching degree
• Current teacher registration, or the ability to be registered, with NESA
• Quality teaching and learning practices
• The ability and experience to teach extension English and Mathematics
• High-level communication and organisation skills
• An understanding of, and commitment to, student wellbeing and engagement
• A commitment to professional learning
• A deep understanding of Christian education
• Graduate qualification in gifted and talented education is advantageous.
