Production Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Production Lead to oversee our production operations and drive efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to leverage their skills in team management, process optimization, and quality control.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervising production teams, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. They will be able to effectively communicate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and coordinating the team's efforts to meet them.
  • Monitoring production processes and implementing improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Providing on-the-job training and guidance to production staff, addressing any issues that may arise and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production operations, including quality control and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
