We are seeking passionate and positive-minded swim instructors to provide exceptional teaching services.

About the Position

In this casual role, you will help participants build their swimming skills, enhance their confidence, and feel safe and supported in the water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, safe, and supportive swim instruction using lesson plans.
  • Cultivate a fun learning environment that reinforces safety and progress.
  • Interact professionally with children, parents, and caregivers.
  • Support your team and refer program enquiries to your supervisor.
Placement Opportunity

If you have recently completed your Swim School Teacher course but need to log your placement hours, we can support your professional development with real, hands-on teaching experience.

What We're Looking For
  • Certifications: Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent), Current CPR & First Aid certification, Paid Working with Children Check.
  • You must thrive in a casual role with flexible availability and be able to teach across various times.
  • Clear communication, supportive attitude, and positivity are essential.
  • You must value diversity and uphold the National Child Safe Standards.
