Strategic Water Management Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team responsible for delivering essential water services. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the delivery of these services in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- To effectively manage and supervise staff, ensuring alignment with our values, Code of Conduct, and workplace health and safety obligations.
- To deliver these essential services in a safe, efficient, and sustainable way.
- To provide excellent customer service.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in water utility operations and at least five years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, distribution systems, backed by a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of asset management principles.
- Experience implementing Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
