Job Description:

This role is for an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Springfield Lakes in Queensland. As an educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years old.

Salary: Up to $32.23 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning space that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
