About this role:

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Goodstart team As a vital member of our learning community, you’ll play a key role in crafting and enhancing exceptional programs for our children.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet individual children’s needs and interests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community

What you’ll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
