Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our sales and admissions function in Camberwell, VIC.

About the Role

  • Part-time opportunity with flexible work hours
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 09:00 - 17:00 pm
  • Ensure the sales and admissions process is optimized for maximum occupancy
  • Conduct tours and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage sales enquiries and assist with client services and general enquiries
  • Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
  • Support the implementation of approved marketing events and reception duties as required
  • Manage team rosters and timesheets

  2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  3. Proactively manage sales enquiries
  4. Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Australian residency or valid visa
  • Prior experience in administration or sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
