Your Role

As a Custody Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our rebalancing system. You'll work closely with our Investment Operations Manager and other teams to implement instructions from Investment Managers and Customers, and rebalance accounts to align with investment strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Reconcile holdings and unsettled trade management to ensure the accuracy of our rebalancing system
• Implement instructions from Investment Managers and Customers, and rebalance accounts to align with investment strategies
• Process Managed Fund orders and Listed Security trades to the platform and to market, ensuring pre and post-trade compliance
• Coordinate corporate action instructions with Investment Managers and the platform
• Manage and report compliance obligations and breaches to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Liaise with professional investment managers, responsible entities, brokers, and financial advisers, as well as internal teams
• Administer high volumes of day-to-day tasks with high-quality and exceptional service
• Promptly and professionally respond to internal and external queries via email and telephone
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Consistently comply with company policies and procedures

Your Capability and Experience

• Relevant finance and/or accounting qualifications and/or 2+ years of experience in a comparable role, preferably with managed accounts or model portfolio experience
• Experience in funds management, stock broking, private client portfolio management, or any other time-sensitive industry where accuracy is paramount
• Working knowledge of Investor Directed Portfolio Services (IDPS) and Super and Pension Funds on Wrap platforms
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex information simply
• Reconciliation and compliance management
• Excellent attention to detail, impeccable accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Works well as part of an interactive and dynamic team
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on time management
• Ability to create an environment of continuous improvement and quality
