Support a dynamic and growing educational institution as an ICT Officer, providing expert technical assistance to end-users, maintaining infrastructure and equipment, and supporting the development of online learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, troubleshooting computing problems and triaging issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade software and applications, telecommunications, and data services for the school.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the institution's ICT infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage user accounts within various online learning platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Group ICT Manager to provide ICT support across the institution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in key end-user systems: Google Suite, Apple Mac and iOS, Microsoft, Canvas, Jamf.
  • Knowledge of back-end systems: Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, Aruba LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking and Telecommunications.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A servant heart, vibrant Christian faith, and active involvement in a local church.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
