Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in the NDIS sector.

About the Role:

  1. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality support services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care sectors.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and other service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in the NDIS sector (minimum 5 years).
  • Experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Blue and Yellow cards.
  • National Police Check (within six months).
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
