Job Summary

Workforce Australia for Individuals is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of on and off-site construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with remote community organisations, community members, and government departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to demonstrate sound judgement and decision making.
  • Supervise and instruct other construction team members to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work with children, people with a disability, and people from diverse backgrounds.
