Financial Planning Role:

We are a well-established, 100% privately owned wealth management firm based in Brisbane CBD. Our company has been providing financial advice to private clients and businesses for over forty years.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing statements of advice (SOAs) and reports of advice (ROAs), and other supporting documentation for clients
  • Executing the implementation of advice documentation
  • Assisting with client and supplier correspondence and administration where necessary
  • Ensuring data is recorded accurately and promptly, and compliance standards are consistently met
Requirements:
  • Three or more years' experience in a Client Service Officer (CSO) role and/or one year as a paraplanner
  • Advanced experience with Xplan software
  • Advanced MS Office skills
