Purpose of the Role

CASETiFY is a leading global lifestyle brand known for customizable tech accessories, trend-setting designs, and protecting what matters most. As the community hub for creativity and self-expression, we're passionate about bringing bold ideas to life.

CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to hit the ground running. As the face of our brand, you'll be on the front line delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building connections with customers, and showcasing the creativity that defines us.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, build connections with customers, and showcase the creativity that defines CASETiFY.
  • Represent the brand on the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Support all stores within a state and adapt to shifts as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 1 year retail experience.
  • Confident communicator with strong English skills.
  • Flexible with shifts and availability to support all stores within a state.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player who collaborates and supports others.
  • Proactive, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Keen eye for creating authentic, on-brand content tailored for social media.
