Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a senior digital marketing professional to lead performance strategy across a varied client base.
About the JobYou will be responsible for planning and executing best-in-class digital campaigns, partnering closely with design and analytics teams to drive results.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing platforms.
- Transform business goals into measurable targets and channel-specific strategies.
- Design and build efficient account structures, smart bidding frameworks, and useful automations.
- Collaborate with our design team to create compelling creative assets and high-converting landing pages.
- Establish robust tracking and reporting systems using GA4/GTM.
- Lead quarterly planning and insights presentations to clients.
- Contribute to conversion rate optimization ideas and paid social media planning.
5–7+ years of experience in SEM/performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads and confidence in GA4 and GTM.
Succeeding in This Role (Key Objectives)- Account restructuring and testing roadmaps live across key clients.
- Implement clean tracking and dashboards with alerts.
- Drive improvements in CPA/ROAS and document playbooks for repeatable successes.
