Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care model, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patients and make a meaningful impact on their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals to create holistic care plans.
  • Educate clients and their families to promote healthy living within the community.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
  • Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide patient reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Police Check Clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in working independently and a driven personality.
