Job Title: Facilities Administration

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities Administration professional to join our team at Enerflex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of company facilities, including scheduling and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any safety concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facilities maintenance, repairs, and other services as needed.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, conducting drills and ensuring that employees are trained on emergency procedures.
  • Implement and promote sustainability practices within the facilities, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and recycling programs.

Requirements:

  • A strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records and documentation related to facilities operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that facilities are maintained to high standards, documentation is accurate, and all administrative tasks are completed thoroughly.
  • A commitment to health and safety, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and emergency response protocols.
