Civil Engineering Project Lead

The role of a Civil Engineering Project Lead is to oversee the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. This involves managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for earthworks, pavement, and drainage packages.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute civil engineering projects ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage project reports, progress claims, and variations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 20+ years of experience in civil engineering with a solid project management background.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A successful candidate will have a passion for leading projects and driving results through effective team management and collaboration. They should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
