
Sales Process Improvement Specialist

This key role involves supporting the Commercial Operations team in delivering system enhancements, process improvements, and sales optimization initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:- System Testing & Defect Management: Oversee test planning, identify high-impact issues, and provide support for weekend deployment testing when necessary.
- Sales Process Optimization: Review business specifications, streamline sales workflows, drive automation, and align processes with sales and functional teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to gather requirements, align testing, and communicate outcomes and change impacts.
- Governance & System Roadmap Delivery: Manage backlog priorities, support roadmap delivery, conduct UAT cycles, and drive operational sign-off for Salesforce and Imagine Landmark.
- Reporting & Insights: Monitor system performance, track enhancements and defect fixes, share insights with sales operations leadership, and flag upcoming releases/issues.
Required Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, experience working with Salesforce and similar systems is highly valued.
