Job Overview

Developing and growing professional performing arts practice within the region is instrumental in achieving the goals of this position.

Collaborate with artists to support their growth and provide them with opportunities to showcase their work.

Work closely with local stakeholders to build strategic partnerships that contribute to a thriving creative community.

This position requires a practical understanding of contemporary performing arts practice, knowledge of local and national performing arts practice, and experience as a deviser, producer, animateur, dramaturg, production manager, director, or equivalent.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced skills in documentation, planning, programming, budgeting, grant applications, and acquittals, as well as advanced competency with computers and a current C-class driver's license.
