About Our Opportunity

You will be working at our Marleston store, responsible for ensuring the retail floor is filled with a variety of pre-loved items. A typical day might include:

  1. Filling the sales floor with merchandise that has been sorted and prepared by the production team.
  2. Engaging with customers to provide them with an exceptional experience.
  3. Working with your team to meet daily production targets and achieve business objectives.
  4. Supporting our safety culture and maintaining a safe working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work part-time hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm.
  • A strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality.
  • The ability to celebrate individuality and appreciate the unique perspectives and skills that each person brings to the workplace.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt, with a willingness to find innovative solutions to challenges.
