About This Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the delivery of services in a complex environment. As a domain lead, you will be responsible for contributing to the organization's digital strategy, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, planning, and delivering projects in a cross-portfolio context. You will also need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to navigate complex environments with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Digital Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery and increase efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing teams and delivering projects in a complex service delivery environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
