Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to spearhead the execution of derivatives streams within a multi-year transformation program.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery with a strong focus on business outcomes, including discovery and execution.

A blend of business analysis and project management skills alongside a highly commercial mindset is required to drive success in this role.

About the Role
  • Lead the Exchange Traded Derivatives stream within a large-scale transformation program.
  • Develop priorities, scope, scheduling, and success criteria and high-level requirements.
  • Identify critical path and guide execution to meet desired outcome.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scope, milestones, and 'right size' progress measures and path to success.
  • Initiate, plan, deliver, and adeptly navigate issues as they arise.

This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience in clearing risk, settlement or registry functions, as well as prior experience driving risk projects as an SME or Delivery lead.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all seniority levels.
  • Previous experience working on large programs encompassing multiple initiatives/projects.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments, effective problem-solving skills, team player and self-starter.
