Junior Baker

We are seeking an experienced Junior Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong work ethic.

About the Role:

The Junior Baker will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including mixing, kneading, and baking.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety standards and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
