? Formal bakery training (highly regarded).

**The Role**

As a **Apprentice** **Baker**, you will:
? Work hands-on in a high-production environment, including mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing.
? Assist the Head Baker in improving processes and maintaining efficiency.
? Champion safety and quality standards, training, and leading by example.
? Collaborate to identify and resolve quality issues swiftly.
? Innovate - we want a **sourdough enthusiast** to help us push the boundaries.
? Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation standards.
? Promptly report equipment malfunctions.
